How do I order ahead?

You can order ahead at all locations on the online portal or through the Red Owl Coffee Company app

Where do you source your coffee beans?

All of our coffee beans are hand-selected from local farmers in Columbia, Guatemala, and Brazil to ensure coffee quality and taste.

Do you offer delivery?

Select locations offer delivery through services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. Look at our locations page to see where you can order delivery

Do you have any birthday deals?

If you are part of our rewards program and have entered in your birthday, you will receive a $5 off coupon on that day to use on whatever you’d like!

Where can I get Red Owl Coffee Co. stickers?

All of our stickers are custom made for each location’s grand opening. On the day of a grand opening, ALL Red Owl Coffee locations have a limited supply custom stickers to hand out while supplies last! Keep an eye on our events page to see when the next store openings are happening so that you can be first in line for a limited edition sticker!

Do you sell merch?

We are constantly stocking new merch such as t-shirts and mugs that you can find on our online store here. Select locations also carry limited-edition merchandise that you can only find in-store, so make sure to keep your eyes open!

What sugar-free options do you have?

All of our customs that can be made sugar-free are marked with an * on our menu page, and all of our sugar-free flavor options are either marked with an * or labeled SF.

We also offer a guilt-free frappes—crafted with minimal sugar, it’s the perfect treat without the guilt.

Are your coffee beans roasted fresh?

Our coffee beans are roasted in-house with meticulous care. After roasting, they undergo a one-day degassing period to ensure optimal flavor. Within 2-3 days, they are shipped directly to our stores, guaranteeing you the freshest coffee experience possible.

What drinks can be made decaf?

All of our espresso drinks and frappes can be made decaf.

How many shots are in your espresso drinks?

Our small espresso drinks come with 1 shot, mediums with 2, and larges with 3. However, some drinks may vary, so feel free to ask your barista if you have any specific questions.

What drinks are kid friendly?

If you are looking for a good, kid-friendly option, we’d recommend our smoothies, milkshakes, steamers, hot cocoa, or apple cider. View all the options on our menu page here.

Do you sell bags of coffee beans?

All of our locations sell both whole and ground coffee beans in-store, and you can purchase them online on our roasting page here.

How often does your seasonal menu change?

We typically have 5 different seasonal menus a year! One for New Years, spring, summer, fall, and Christmas. Keep your eye on our menu page here for seasonal updates

How does your rewards system work?

There are two ways you can get points when ordering

1) You can use your phone number to look up or create your account when ordering in store or online

2) Once you have a card associated with your account, using that card will automatically pull up your rewards.

Example: You visit a Red Owl location and give the barista your phone number to get rewards, and you pay for your order using a debit or credit card. Using that card will automatically pull up your account for all future visits

Can I have more than one debit/credit card on my account?

Yes! You can have as many cards as you’d like connected to your Red Owl rewards account. Any card on your account can pull up your rewards when ordering.

How many points do I need to have to earn a reward?

Every 100 points that you earn is equivalent to $5 off.

I need to add a visit. How can I do that?

If you forgot to use your rewards for a visit, no worries! Simply fill out the form below and we will get those points added to your account in no time. Please allow 10-15 days for the points to appear.

My app is not working properly. Who can I contact?
